There are two quests for 15 atribute points each. Giving you a total of 200 points to spend. 200 is the max, so plan well. There are guides on this site that show you some good distribution types to max these points.

Skill points are only used for gaining more skills. After lev 20 you should be focusing on capturing elite skills, not just buying skills. Capturing the elites is a long and hard process.

For those people who have played UO (mmorg: Ultima Online) in the past, the whole lev 20 thing is no weird concept as in that game you had 700 points for your character skills. And that was it. Once your 'template' was finished then there was no more training up to do and it was time to turn your attention to other aspects of the game. GW is the same. Lev 20 is for you to get your template finished, it does not mean anything more than that!

I was the first person in the UK to phone in after completing Ultima IV. Woot. Wow how sad was I back then? lol!

I think the 2nd quest is Path of Hero's or something like that.
You have to visit a load of places.

Ulitma 4 was the best. I remember spending ages playing that on my C64. No the heros path is NOT the 2nd quest you just have to vist 3 towns for that and you get 500xp

The second quest that gives you 15 attribute points is Hero's Challenge from Vanyi in Droknar's Forge.

Note that's Hero's Challenge, not Hero's Journey. Hero's Challenge is only available after completing one of the secondary profession quests in the Crystal Desert.

wow thats neat, you had to 'call' in ? what was that like ? what a wonderful thing for a game to have. did you get anything from that?

as for skills. what are elite skills for a monk. i still use some of the earliest skills i got with my monk. banish is a great skill. the others i use are 2 healing skills. one heals me the other is a targeted heal for others.
what else should i have?

That's the one I have now... the other was back in the Desert. You have to go up to a destroyed city and over a collapsed monument to locate the ghost to claim the points. I can't recall what outpost I got that one in (I can go try and see if I remember where I found that from in the morning).

There's a 2,000 experience mission too that's worth the trip for < level 20's in Kryta. It's where you need to go talk to the "Tree". I can't tell you what the outpost is until I sign back in, but to get the mission you need to talk to the guy outside of the portal (as you're looking at it, he's the one on the left side... there's two guys there).
